i wasn't sure what catagory to post this but anyway, i've read in japanese mythology, that they believe swords had a soul of it's own,
    well i was wondering, if this is true, then how did they bring it out, there are literely thousands of legendary swords around the world, all of them seemed to possese powers or a kind of magic, and i was wondering how did they do it?

This is false swords are man made, not god made.
The swords are legendary because of the user. If one is mastered in the art of the sword, the sword before a part of their body.
A true master swords man could use a stick to cut through a tree.

yeah,... i believe i asked how to draw the residing spirite out of the blade, thats how the japanese believed it work, anyway my ki sword techniuqe isnt strong enough to materialize anyway so never mind.
