enchanting items?

i was watching this video on how this braclet, with 7.28 hz (i think) frequency to match the earth, increased peoples durability, flexibility, power, yada. When they KNEW they were wearing it, it did just that. after the skeptics tested it, they randomyl gave 5 regular braclets and 1 real one. A gu had to guess who and it didnt work once. So basically it was the placebo effect. BUT, what if you can enchant an item? then it would be more realiable because you think it will work and it will work in a sence. the only problem is idk how to do that. I would love to enchant my soccer kleets to i can be quicker and what not. Anyone know how to enchant?
