here are the directions: to safe guard against  psychic attack, mark a pentagram on your forehead with your index finger. visualize it radiating a neon color. chant the following:
Lord and Lady, twirl about, guard me day and night, throughout.
guide me through each passing hour and grant me your protective power.
from head to toe, from sky to groun, keep me safe and well and sound.
