Glossalia, "spell-casting" and energy work..

Hi everyone, newbie here. I'm due to go on Robert Bruce's course in Wales tomorrow but thought I'd post this question here as it's not all that relevant to the work tomorrow.

I have had a language "trick" for as long as I can remember. I think I developed it perhaps because remembering words to songs I find difficult and I do like to sing sometimes (badly!). However over the last few years as I've attempted to learn to do more with energy work, I've also noticed that it's unusual in that I can make it sound like a language easily-and vary the style. Often in the middle of a normal conversation without stopping to think if I want to.  I was told by one lady that it was Aramaic-however this is not something I believe as I can vary the style a little consciously.
More interestingly for me was for a while I was playing around with shaping energy-whilst singing in this "glossalia". I was moving more energy more easily than normal and my intentions sort of came off.  Hence spell casting as several of these attempts apparently paid off for a couple of people.
Now as they were with me at the time it could be psychological and I'm not prepared to jump in and claim I could definitly spell cast as such . I did have dreams over the next year from time to time that involved fighting with these same techniques for some reason. Since the majority of my experience has been using energy work for healing or self training I found that strange.
Has anyone had any experience with this, is there any basis for such a technique or is it simply psychological with a bit of linguistics thrown in for good measure?  I'd happily demonstrate applying this to healing with a willing volunteer or two, to see if they feel anything themselves .
