I've been recently working on suspending myself in the air, and not for any other person to view or know of. So far, i've been able to only lean and bend back, slightly defying gravity. Any tips on how often to practice, and if I should be raising the energy of my room, or any other environmental things I should do?
Hmmm, good question. I suggest you go to this link. It should help you in your needs....

Hey, wow! They've got jobs in my frakking town! But where's the information on levitation?
thesickmoon: levitation is a very thing to learn to do, trust me, iv been working on it for years and barly got anywhere >.<
I recemend looking into some physics so you understand how mass and energy interact, then experement with different ways of going about it.
Take jumping for example, after you understand physics (just a basic understanding, you dont need to learn the math, just how it works lol) you will see why its so hard >.< there is a MASSIVE ammount of energy in that action itself.
Im to the point where i can gather enough energy to make my body lighter, but not lift it off the ground, gravity is a grump to overcome >.<
Gook luck man
Just remember concentration is important but as you probably know and sometimes many neglect to regard is that you need to be at peace and calmness, as well as balancing energy and such.
