Hello Everyone
  I have been reading the forums and helping people here for awhile. I thought that it would help everyone if I did a class upon shielding. I will cover the basics of why shields work and some of the simple methods to do them. I will then be available on the Astral Chat to answer questions at times I will announce. I plan to be on the Astral Chat on Friday the 26th of March. I will have the materials for the class posted as a new topic in the Magic and Psychic Self-defense forums.
