have i been cursed/bound

ok im gonna start off by saying i have crossed paths with people powerful enough to pull heavy magick off i mean heavy, but i didnt think i angered them, not enough to warrent a curse anyways, well so heres the story shortended.
before ( lots of months ago) before meeting said people a proper concouise on purpose astral projection had not been achieved but i got very very close and had what may have been an accidental one, but eventually i gave it a rest i thought i wanted a break and didnt try during this peroid i had the whole situation wih all of them people but i didnt try projecting during that peroid so it could have been before hand when this started happening i just didnt know, but i thought it was over arfter a few months and then i tried doing it again but something was differnt it's like everything was harder eg the rope technique i kept letting go hammock technique i sometimes lost control but that was it but it slowly got worse so the rope technique seemed impossible like i couldnt grab the rope, hammock swinging it kept almost feeling like the thing i was swinging on broke away and started floating and even the floating technique became harder, soon it became even if i did hit the vibrational state it was like the vibrations were very timid not as intense in anyway not almost as intense.

so what is this is this just me or is it some kind of curse? now some things ive tried eg praying for a spirit guide= nadda doing a lot of aura cleansing well i feel refreshed arfter but still i even have tried using runic magic (which is awesome btw) for anti cursing creating thoughtsorms to rid my aura of any negative energies and stuff like that so i just dont know arfter everything i have done i would imagine a curse would be destroyed by now, but as i said if one of them did lay a curse down it would be heavy but its a bit of a strange curse to go through all of that effort prevent him from easily concouisly AP, so any ideas on what is going on honestly even if its a long shot tell me

That could be the result of energy draining. It sounds like you are being sucked. Hmm cleanse yourself and visualize powerful white light surrounding you each day.
Also, you should never trust anyone. Did you receive any gifts from these powerful people, if so discard it now. Also don't talk or see them again.
There was this ritual I took from an old book than can help you identify your target if you are cursed or being attacked.
But I can't see to find a copy on my pc, but you can find it around on the internet.

It was called master grimiore - One of the most powerful book I'v ever read.
