Your Aura is composed of Etheric, Emotional, Mental, and Astral alyers, it's very complex.

It sounds like you move your mental awareness into your arm?  99.9% of people 'live' right behind their eyes.  You dont' ahve to.  It's called 'Body Awareness', and you can mentally be whereever you want in 9or out for that matter) of your body.  Have you reda Robert Bruses NEW articles?  it's in the download section off the main site page.
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

I had just read tutorials on how to see auras. I then decided to try it and see what happens. I was already relaxed, I just turned to the mirror beside the computer (which is the door to my closet) and concentrated on my face, just gazing at it.

After a little bit, I started seeing kinda small dots or spark-like things around my head. Then my face went kinda darker, as if a shadow was thickening on it. I was just staring at it like this, and then the "shadow" sort of lightened. Then a kind of haze (like from heat) appeared around the edges of my face, along my hairline and everything. After a little bit, I lost concentration and stopped.

A little bit afterwards, I tried it again, but just looking at my arm. I was gazing at it, and it wasn't working very well, because I wasn't very relaxed/comfortable at the time. I decided to stop, and then I suddenly felt really weird. It felt like I could feel all the blood in my body, moving around. My legs and arms became full of energy, and I had trouble trying to hold them still. I was just sitting there, shaking pretty much, and I started to feel sick. Eventually I got up and started moving around, I was a little dizzy at first, and still felt sick for a little bit, but it went away.

Anybody know what happened there? Like why did I feel so weird and sick?
