Title: A place where I belong...
Post by: DarkMind on September 09, 2005, 15:00:29
Hi all,

A brief introduction about myself:
- I am a male of Chinese descent
- I am a Singaporean (from the country of Singapore, a small South-East Asian country)
- I am currently inclined towards Thevarada Buddhism (in particular, I am more inclined towards Thai Buddhism)

I hope to learn from the experienced people in this forum and I look forward to exchange of information on everything from lucid dreaming to psi protection and other psychic knowledge (Magic, psionics etc)

While I am not entirely unfamilar with 'western' esotheric knowledge, I am willing to share my knowledge of those eastern traditions that I know of (not that I know a lot).

Cheers  :D

Hi DarkMind

Welcome to the Forums.

Singapore is a lovely place, I spent a weekend there a few years ago, during a South-East Asia holiday.  It was an amazing contrast to Bangkok

I hope you enjoy your stay here.

Thanks :)

Perhaps the grass is always greener somewhere else.......as I can appreciate the beauty of Bangkok  :D

Singapore (as locals, if they are honest, will tell you) lacks a cultural 'soul' (or psyche). Singapore lacks spiritualism. Singapore is mostly about Big Business and money matters most in Singapore.
