hello everyone my name is Jose well i'm new to this site, I have very little experience in OBE so I will gladly take any help you can give me. I have never had an OBE except my dreams. I came to this site to to learn and discuss my progress with astral projection. I do practice regularly, I try to project when i have the chance too, but still after many tries I cannot do it, can anyone help?
