I'm Fled (Fred) from Australia, Yep another one of 'em Aussies. I do have a lot of questions, and I'm still getting used to this forum so I'm not 100% sure which section(s) to post my questions. I'll start by a brief description for me.
Male, early 40's, located south west Victoria. I've recently discovered that I am physic (Claircognizance-from what I've been told), and I've decided to stop hiding my weirdness. I have known for some time that something was different about me, as I could know things were going to happen before they did, and I would do things that didn't make sense as to why but later on I would realize it was for the better usually to keep me from harm.
I have an strong interest in Ghosts & the paranormal, mainly from a scientific perspective, as in to understand more about it and better methods of detecting ghosts.
I have an interest in performing an OBE or astral traveling, but as I have trouble relaxing as my brain is always thinking about something, I haven't yet read any instructions that would make it easier for me.
I have noticed something that has started to occur recently (since the long term visitation of a Ghost (who will rename nameless) but I know who she is) and the weird thing is that every couple of months whilst trying to sleep, I would close my eyes and see nothing but eyes and faces. Millions of eyes and faces, staring at me, some are puzzled, some are angry, some are confused. Some of these eyes/faces notice me, but most do not.
* This is something I would like some help about * Why do I see these eyes/faces ?
Basically I have very little knowledge about my abilities or about the abilities in general, and I like to know what is going on before hand, as I look before I leap. If there is a good FAQ, or newbie/dummies guide I'll have a read.
Another question, what is this "white light protection" i've read, and why is it white?

Hello and Welcome to the Astral Pulse Fred. Many people have little knowledge about their many abilities because they never put them to practice. Usually they "awaken" to these by some strange circumstance that questions their beliefs. It could be as easy as remembering your dreams or just finally coming to the conclusion that all the "coincidences" you experience in your daily life like knowing who is about to call on the phone or knowing what people are going to say before they speak, aren't really coincidences at all. :-)

Ghosts Are a fascinating topic. I might have seen a ghost on at least two occasions. The ghost 'hunting' shows on tv are terribly interesting and there are instruments that allow direct communication between the living and the dead (Controversial, yes, yet sufficiently proven IMO). :wink:
