Hi all, I am new to this site and I have read a lot of the beginner posts and it is making me feel that I am not a beginner to all this as a child I was able to travel in my dreams also being able to watch myself sleep (sometimes I wouldnt be in my bed as it would be made up) I often went to places that I never new existed. I can remember being taught how to fly in a place that was full of snow capped mountains on all sides I was in a lake in the centre of these glaciers and the water was luke warm at the time I never new how to swim so I would feel as if I was drowning I would panic and after a few minutes two large white Swans would come to help me, I know this might sound daft but they over a period of time taught me to swim, then they taught me how to swim and then how to breath under water and move as fast as the fish, later on they taught me how to fly like them. Thats all I want to say for now as untill six months ago I thought it was normal and all of us do these things, I was always fully aware that I was sleeping in my bed and ther with them at the same time. Any thoughts would be appreciated

Hi Virillion!  Welcome to the forums.
Yes, you're actually 100% correct.  Most people are actually a lot more experienced with this sort of thing than they either know or are willing to admit.

In actuality, all of that *is* normal.  It's just that most of humanity tends to ignore this concept in favour of the statement "it was just a dream".
Most people have no idea what a dream actually is.  :)

Hello and Welcome to the Astral Pulse!  :-)
Here we consider it normal, out in the public, not so much. There are a number of things that people keep to themselves, thinking that they are normal and that everyone does them. Until people start to speak up about their experiences and share, the truth will always be suppressed.
Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)

Hi and welcome to the Pulse Ken.
You're not alone on being able to do things naturally that others have no knowledge of from an early age. It took me many years to realise this travelling around at night was not common an experience. I invited friends with very limited success at 6 years old. On occasion I managed to wake one for a couple of mins before they were snatched away (woke up ).
You may have some interesting tales of ventures in the darkness. That would be interesting to read.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Flying in a dream (or lucid dream) Is a lot of fun!  :-D
