I don't know if I could define psionics, but what I believed it was for me is energy working on a physical plane. Most people I met believed it was caused by psitrons (neutrons + protons and the like for matter, psitrons for psionics)

I met many a psychokinetic (I think that is someone who practices psychokinesis) but none could prove to me that they could move physical matter
I did have a few psionic fights which I usually won.(I have a knack for hot, slow moving energy)
You can check it out at the psionguild but they aren't that active anymore.

So yeah, I cant really define it...
