Hi Everyone,

This is my first post in these forums.  I may lurk a bit at first but eventually I'll join in the fun.   I've had a number of OBE's (some interesting, some where I spend the entire time being absurdly fascinated while putting my hand through a wall! ) over the years but am working on being able to do them 'on demand' as it were, and to direct the experience itself more consciously.
