hi guys..I'm new here.i just got interested about astral travel when i chatted to a new friend this morning and he lead me to this site.I'm curious about dreams, i had so many weird dreams that sometimes i seek some dream reader books but it doesn't help either. I'm not here to ask you about the interpretations of my dreams, I'm just wondering if dreaming - like going to a different place - is actually doing an astral travel but the person doesn't know about that? because sometimes i went to different places and interacting with people i see there and when i woke up i still remember where i had been in my dream and i still feel the emotions of the people i met there, like i feel down when i met a sad person, I'm like connecting with their emotions.. is astral travel like this??
