Hello everyone!
I've known about OBE's for a good 10 something years now, Over the years, I've read books and lurked forums and done this and that..
However I'd never had more success than moving my hand.. that frustrated me so much I've not even tried it once the past few years.
Lately though I've picked up reading about it again.
Cue to this morning.
Woke up at 5am, completely awake, so I got up for a couple of hours.. Started getting sleepy again so I went back to bed.
Still unable to go to sleep, laying on my right side, I figured what the heck.. Can't hurt to try.
BOOM
Instantly felt stronger vibrations than I've ever had, felt my body and especially my face freeze very gradually from top down.
I tried not to get too excited, but I did notice I was breathing extremely hard.
The vibrations kind of stabilized, so I figured I'd try to move..
I rolled over to my back.. yet I was still laying on my side! Most incredible feeling I must say!
...CLICK went the AC, and back I went!
I was annoyed for a microsecond, but more glad, relieved and excited that I finally experienced something!
Now I know I can do it, and it actually felt much easier than I'd ever imagined!
Anyway thanks for letting me rant! Way too excited to go back to sleep now!
congratz I expect you to go from strenth to strenth
Welcome to the Pulse 8-)
:NoY:
When it happens it feels extremely easy and completely natural. That was the impression I came away from my first short-lived spontaneous projection with, completely natural. I suppose I had expected it to feel somehow unnatural because it was something I'd been trying so hard to do.
Good job. :-D
Greeting Malys and welcome.
If you had kept on rolling you would have been standing (or floating) beside your bed. The roll out method for going out of body is Very effective.
Vibrations and sleep paralysis are tell tale signs that an OBE is imminently possible.

Thank you all!
Jarrod, that's what kept me from having one, I think. I tried too hard when all I should've done is relaxed! lol
Greytraveller, I'm sure I could've kept on rolling. there was little if any resistance. Next time, I'm sure I'll be out completely. :)
Thing is, I usually sleep on my right side, but before this I've only tried laying on my back going for OBE..
You think that could be part of the reason why I couldn't get relaxed enough before?
