My name is Adrian.

I started my conscious learning about AP in 2003.
After 4 months from the start I had spontaneous AP with lots of awareness.

Why am I here ?

This forum is based on respect and dignity. I am very sensitive man and I chose to be here. I believe I will feel safe around You members. I will help as much as I can and also I will ask for help sometimes.
