Hello everyone,

After being an occasional lurker on these forums for a while, I finally decided to sign up and start talking about my experiences with everyone here. 

Though new to these forums, I'm certainly not new to AP or lucid dreaming.  I've been having conscious OOBEs since I've been a small child, and since my adult years I've been developing my skills further and learning new techniques, from both books and personal experiences.  For many years now I've been keeping a daily journal of my dream and astral experiences.  At this point the journals fill up an entire book shelf, and they're still growing. 

Basically, what I hope to achieve here is to share my experiences with others, gain some mutual insight into the non-physical world and hone my own exit methods.  Hopefully I can provide a bit of assistance to others as well. 

I look forward to discussing things with all of you.

I am always thrilled to read about other's experiences and techniques. The more information we gather, the clearer the whole picture becomes. Even though some experiences are strictly individual according to everyone's mind set, there are certain similarities related to Astral Travel for humans, so please do share your view.

Anything in darker blue on the top of the headers from the home button are stickies, these are a good source of info. I guess you have worked that out from your lurker days.
