I just noticed that there is an introduction section on the forum. I've been reading and thinking about out of body experiences for roughly half a year now, but only slightly and with sometimes 2-months long pauses. Haven't AP'd yet. But I have lucid dreams. Trying to AP everytime I have a lucid dream.
