I signed up a while ago but forgot to introduce myself so hi! :razz:

Basically Ive had lucid dreams all my life and within the last year Ive started having conscious OBEs and my lucid dreams are becoming much more vivid than before. :grin:

Ive got a lucid dream and OBE journal that I keep on another forum if anyone fancies having a read.
