Hi! I'm Ashleigh (: I'm nineteen years old and live in West Virginia. I never know what to say in these things. I enjoy writing, photography, reading, and helping others. Im pretty obsessed with babies! I believe I'll be here for awhile :)

I'm here because I've been astral projecting for awhile. I've been trying to run from it and ignore it but it's not happening that way for me.

Well, about a month go I was in the hallway and I had to pee so very bad (I know I know but hear me out) so, I started running down the hallway and when I got to about half way down the stairs I realized 3 things. 1. I never run in the house and I'm not that fast. 2. I was as light as a feather. And 3. I wasn't in my body. So I ran back up and into my room (here's the funny part) I didn't know how to get myself back in there so I took a run and jump bahahahaha. Anyway, I woke up and about ticked myself I had to go so bad. I realized I didn't have to run and jump after I woke up xD

I need to know how to control it, to not be afraid, to stay out of bad places, to expand myself.

Here's the part that gets me... I seem to be expanding on my own somehow. It started as a kid then I guess I forgot most of it then started again (as far as I remember) in 10th grade where I'd be in bad places and be scared. I felt heavy so I know I wasn't anywhere good. Only a select few times like the pee story I went to a nice place. Now, nothing is scarring me apart from the time I "woke" up to something choking me. Thought I was gonna die.

Sorry, I'm rambling. Will Anyone help me? I'm tired of running. Please message me if someone can help!

Hi,
Welcome to the pulse.
There's lots of info here and many threads on fear. You are basically scareing yourself, that's how it works when 'out'.
Have a read of some of the topics and you'll soon understand.

Funny thing about running and jumping.....The first time I was out of my body I tried to fly (key word tried haha) I gave a big run and jump and landed on my face....luckily since I was out of my body I didn't feel anything but I did make me laugh at myself.

Thanks for the welcomes!

Greetings TMBtwix and welcome
About getting back Into the physical body after an OBE, well, that's the easy part (for most people including myself anyway). Usually if you stay in close proximity to the physical body when out of body then the physical body will exert a very strong pull and end the OBE. My biggest problem is normally getting out and staying out of the physical body. But the run and jump bit Was pretty funny. LOL  :-D

Bahaha, yeah as soon as I landed on myself I was still out for a second with enough time to think "well, that didn't work." as soon as I thought it I felt like an elastic band slapped back into myself. Is that normal? Lol.

Hi,
Oh yes, the worst one I had was from a looong distance and it felt like being ripped apart between 2 trees.
