I have no idea how to do this Astral Projection... I understand I need a shield and to be fearless... I hope to understand the rest soon! ^^

Hi there xzultima !

You don't need a "shield" of any sort, but controlling your fear will definitely help you.

I think there is a film out at the moment, called "neverland", based on the life of the author of the Peter Pan tales. In the movie trailer, Jonnie Depp (the lead character) says to a boy "You can visit neverland whenever you like. All you need to do is believe."

However, with your references to fearlessness & shields, maybe you are confusing this with dungeons & dragons ?!! Believe me, after you experience being fully concious within another reality, & after you realise that it is no more / no less real than this physical reality, your views on life will change !

Since you've indicated that you have no idea how to do AP, you may want to pick up a copy of Astral Dynamics or Mastering Astral Projection. Reading and applying what you've read is a good beginning.

Erm... Not an shield, shield... I mean't an energetic shield to keep protection of your body...

and i'm only 15 to begin with, so I don't have the whereabouts to go and get one... and i can't get it from the internet... I don't got a credit card.. Just cash...

For astral projection? Shield is only needed when you have frequent nightmares, not for AP...

He is confused as to what you mean by "shield". I beleive they mean a shield that you create with your own energy and program with your will to serve a purpose that you have designated. For example, to keep away any Negs or bad entities. Am I right?

And negs are negative entities in the astral plane/dimension. You don't need to make a shield to project though. Not from what I have read anyway.

Of course you are, but the shield is best, when it blocks all entities, not only negs...

I mean't... If I ever did get to the astral planes.. Or somewhere I would like to go... I would want a shield to keep bad spirits or entities away.. Theres not only the reason that I want to try and get out of my body.. There is a spirit that won't leave me alone.. and she's haunting my house!

Surrounding yourself in white light is a good thing to do. But I'll be honest, the more you think about all this negative stuff, the more you are likely to be faced by it if you do find yourself on an astral plane.

You should remember that all negative spirits are extremely afraid of people consciously astral-projecting. My brother was attacked by very powerful spirit, has a vision of this spirit eating his flesh, but was not afraid and said to the spirit: "I am in a deep trance, I will probably have astral projection in a few seconds, and then I will kill you without any mercy.". The spirit ran away, it would not risk being destroyed...

Hehe... Right now... As I have said before.. Cannot afford a book, due to the lack of a jack.. and no money... But anyways... I bought his NEW Energy Waves book... I've read up to Body Awareness.. The only thing I could currently feel.. Is a tingle of excitement.. I don't even know if that's energy... I doubt it though..

Bought? It's free as far as I know....
Also the techniques are described in Robert Bruce's "Treatise on OOBE", that's also free.

Didn't work for me.. In fact I couldn't keep the motion in my mind. My awareness hands would not respond correctly.

It's like Astral Projection without OOBE. There were articles about this in the forums, when phasing you go directly from trance to astral. There are many techniques, but I don't use them, for me it occurs nearly automatically.

I've never really tried to master it. OOBE and/or AP mainly occurs spontaneously or half-spontaneously when I do some energy work. I meditate mostly to increase my health, improve my personality, and of course gain money(this has the greatest priority).
