Hi lainy,

Welcome to the Astral Pulse forums! [:)] There is a lot of good information here, and I would invite you to take a look at our File Library for eBooks and downloads. Also, if you have time, read over some of the "sticky" topics in the subject areas that interest you. These were made "sticky" because we thought there was a recurring benefit. The Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics forum is a good place to start. Finallly, we do have a Search engine for looking up previous topics.
