I am wondering about my own reaction, because i have always been thinking that such things are possible. A friend of mine is a medical doctor (neurology, psychiatry) ), and she told me a lot of near death experiences and that they are real... Then you begin to make a similar kind of  experience by yourself and you  feel a suddenly very fast heartbeat, this "clicking" noise, and this rotating feeling ... all things, you have read about - but first you think, you are getting crazy.
Surely i will acommodate to this with some practice ... although it may take some time ...

Hello!

My name is bernd and i am experimenting with the gateway cds. I found lots of useful information in this forum. After 3 weeks of using "introduction to focus 10" i have heard a loud "click" and had a feeling like i was beginning to "rotate" out of my body. Unfortunately i was really shocked, so i woke up in the same moment ... But now i am really eager for experiencing more ...
Sorry for my bad english, but i am no native speaker ...
