Howdy yall

New guy here.

Been very interested in this subject for a long time, as I have been experiencing "sleep paralysis" since I was a kid...it happens at least twice a week.  It used to scare the heck out of me, to the point that I would have to summon every ounce of strength in me to force myself awake.

I want to do this something fierce, and look forward to learning how!

I did buy Mr. Monroe's "Hemi Sync" course, and several books.. but any info would be greatly appreciated!
