You've probably had many more than that, but because you're stuck on labels, you're not allowing yourself to accept them as such.

Most people have had LOTS of projections, but because they are so rigidly stuck on labels such as "lucid dream", "astral projection", etc, they don't allow themselves to accept anything beyond those labels.
