Hey everyone.. Im new to forums, so bare with me if i ask something that has been answered before.. I have never used a forum, but since I read about AP, i was very intrested, so I googled a forum that could potentially help me. Ive been attempting to use a guided AP meditation with binural beats, but imnot 100% if its working or what I can do to know its working. When using noise cancelling headphones, the sound is incredible, and ifeel like ive had partial projections, yet half an hour into the recording, I have no recollection of anything. But then at about the hr 15 mark, I wake back up as if nothing happened. There were 2 instances, the scond being more vivid, that I feel like I was projecting and floating towards the ceiling in my living room, but after what I believe would be my astral self, i feel like im face to face with the ceiling, then I dont remember anything after that. I dont know 100% if that is me projecting into the lucid dream or not. Im new to astral projection in the first place, and dont know what is best to try for faster, and more memerable projections. Any help here is greatly appreciated. I am open to trying many different techniques. I have read some seperation techniques on here, however, I dont know where to look or what to do to get to the seperation part to begin with. Thanks all, I look forward to your help.

i think this is how this stuff works.. lol.. so far everything I am reading is exactly what ive been looking for. you are the man! hopefully i can get to the astral awareness and maybe meet u somewhere at some point if thats my understanding on all of this? Its nice being open to new things, and I would have to agree on the flying part, i believe I have had a few lucid experiences, and both times I was flying, I the second time, I told myself 'fly' and i did.. so im guessing Im on the right track, and with your help, I know ill get there. Thanks alot!
