Look forward to reading up on all this....looks like some good thread topics. Recently floated out of my body while meditating and has gotten my interest up. Have read a slot about AP before and decided I didn't need to be floating around the astral, but now I think I may  :-D

Looking at this book as something tangible to have whilst reading here as well....is this a good place to start? He seems to know his stuff...

 Great man. Great info. Great book. I endorse anything by William Buhlman.

You can get quite a bit of great info from his many YouTube videos. Whether that be his Workshops, interviews or Seminars. They are all good.  :-)

I've had an interest in astral projection for quite a few years despite never having one myself. I'm really enjoying reading the posts here and I look forward to getting into discussions with you all.
