Hello I am 16 years old boy and I have been try to get Astral Projection for some time.

I have read: Astral Projection: Amazing Journeys outside Your Body + some of the posts on this side.
And I am reading: Far Journeys of Robert A. Monroe

Today I did a try again and it failed but I will like to tell about it.

The clocks were a little bit in 14 and have been awake for about two hours (I played pc the whole night). I went to bed with only underwear on. I lay on my side (it's the most comfortable way of laying down). And then I began to focus and relaxing on each piece of my body, I took some time because I had problem keeping my eyes shut, starting with the toes and stopped with the face. Then when I was relaxed I began to count down from 100 to 0 and when I was done I counted from 30 to 0. Then I was even more relaxed, and then I focused on my eye lids. And I felt my whole body was deeply relaxed and I felt a little shaking and I was very heavy. And tried to think on a movement, like moving the leg or finger but nothing happened. it felt like I had 500 fingers. And I kept trying and relax for a long time. I began to feel pain in the ears and 1 side of the butt and the feet's. And I tried to fall asleep so I cloud ignore the pain and try a new technique (called red spot). but I cloud not fell asleep so I decided to make 1 last attempt but it ended with me moving a finger and become fully awake again.

Can u give me some suggestion and tell me if did something wrong or if I just need to practice more or if u need more information.  :-D

Please and quick because I have time the next 4 four day to practice astral projection A LOT (30 hours) .

I dont think you are doing anything wrong relaxation is key
but you also need to relax your mind like you do when you give up and fall asleep

you could try a method like
http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_out_of_body_experiences/help_for_beginers-t32612.0.html
or you can just keep trying with what you know
give it time

and welcome to the Pulse  8-)

Hallo reinert
It may take several weeks before you manage to go out of body. (It took me 6 Months btw!) So Patience is Very important. If you do not succeed at first do Not give up.
Also you might want to try several different methods. Two of my favorite techniques for having an OBE are 1) the rope method and 2) going out of body directly through a lucid dream.

I tried the method NoY suggested twice. The breath thing was wonderful and it felt like I was getting hugged by a hot cloud and I felt nothing "bad". But when I should image myself being in the kitchen was it very hard. I only managed to do it for a few sec. most of the time I view myself in 3rd person view, which I believe was a fail.

I also tried the Stretch out Technique, but I had trouble image my head getting longer and myself filling the whole room. Most of the time I just viewed it in 3rd person.

Any suggestion or do just need to practice more and am I right in its wrong to view in 3rd person view(like if I watched my self)?

Hallo reinert
You have the Right idea here. Just keep trying different methods until something works. There actually are dozens of different techniques. Some are very basic and others are more mystical and esoteric. In the end the only important point is what works for each person. I suggest staying with one method for ten to fourteen days and then try something else. Eventually one method Will work.  :-)

Good luck

reinert, I think everyone naturally pictures themselves in a 3rd person view. Even if you think back and try to recall an event that involved you you'll find that when you picture it the perspective is no longer from your eyes as you saw it happening but of that 3rd person. I do believe though with practice you can begin to "step back in" to the body you are picturing and then be able to fully immerse yourself in the experience you are trying to imagine. The idea is not remember being there, but to "be" there

Hello there,
That's a great post man! It sounds like you have a decent relaxation and mental clarity routine in place. I would say, after relaxing the body in sections, check in with the overall physical structure and continue to add mental weight until you actually feel physical paralysis. At this point you could begin a trance induction however, I would suggest storing astral energy first to ensure a strong separation. Do this by pulling energy up your legs, up your spine to the top of your head on a slow inhale. On the exhale, pull this energy down the front of your face, neck, chest and store it in your navel area as bright glowing light. I realize this sounds imagined now, but it really does give you astral energy!! Do this energy raising full body circuit for about 15 minutes. Also, I wanted to say that  you are really close by all means. Switch your routine to the early morning hours after a decent rest and your body will enter waking paralysis with ease. Hold your breath awareness as you raise energy and don't fall asleep! Lol this should trigger your kundalini and projection reflex. It inspires me to hear that you are so dedicated! It is so pivotal in the human experience.
Keep me posted brother!
All my best!

Thanks For the post :D

I tried it and I think it helps.
Here is what happened this yesterday's morning:

I began whit the usual relaxing (relaxing each part of the body) and silencing mind thing (counting). Then I began to store astral energy (I think I did for too little time maybe). Then i tried the hammock technique (I have tried it 3 times or so and i liked it). I think I did a good job image myself in a hammock but I cloud only get the movement feeling I could not image smells, sounds and the wind. I also asked my GA thing for help just in case. then something happened which I think is very hard to explain but I will do a try: I began felling like if there was a ball around and between my feet's and it was pull and dragging them( it felt like that, the physical body did not do it). Then I tried to push it but that resulted in moving my leg and then everything was gone and I was awake again. Nothing of this felt bad I had wonderful felling all the time

I'm wondering on what it was and if I'm doing it "right" :D
