My name is Jules Verona Garcia. In this moment, my only purpose is to document an OBE and gather evidence of its occurence, but if I'm successful, the sky is the limit. However, I'm still in the practice stages, and so, only time will tell if my efforts are fruitful or not. I would love to know your experiences.

Only with your help and the communities I find all over the internet would I be successful with this journey. I need your help, comments, books, forums, anything related that could help me develop my skills and increase our knowledge.

A few days ago I created a blog where I shall post my experiences, how will I test my OBE's, and some of my dream recollection stories.
I'm NOT trying to debunk OBE's. I can't do that. Some people, especially in these communities, are quick to judge a self-entitled skeptic like me: Yes, I'm a skeptic, which means I'll question and test anything you put before me. If OBE/Astral projection is true, I would love to experience it myself.

The doors are open for a new adventure: We shouldn't miss the opportunity to expand our horizons!

Hello, it's good your a skeptic, you should be one. Only believe your truths, nobody else's. Read Robert Monroe's journeys trilogy, Thomas Campbell's my big toe trilogy, and you could even read cosmic journeys by Rosalind McKnight to get you started off in the right area. I'm in love with Campbell's work, it's a huge eye opener! Good luck! Once you realize the truth you'll realize what a beautiful thing it is     Rem when trying different techniques  don't over do it, ap is a natural process just go with the flow, before you know it you'll be flying all the place lol

Hi Rachael,
Yes, some of those books I've already read or I'm currently reading, some are even in my "to read" list. I'm very happy to find people like you in these communities. Always thought they would give me the shunning treatment for my stance, but in reality it has been the opposite. A skeptic is no more than an open minded person searching for the truth, and if that truth includes OBE/Astral projection, even an immortal soul, then so be it. And thanks for your advices, they'll surely be put to practice.

You're more than welcome. Nobody here shuns anybody  .   They make you feel welcome and want you learn everything you can. If you ever have any questions feel free to ask, there is no dumb questions. I'm new here but I've been ap for 30 yrs, I started ap naturally but just recently learned to control them. So if you need any pointers I'll try to help but there's moderators here that truly know heaps more than I, (lol) And I know they would love to help you along. There's a lot of answers and questions on the forums if you want to search them, maybe some of your questions have already been answered. Good luck with your travels!
