Hello all. I have been lurking and reading the forums here for about a week and half now. I just joined this am and wanted to say hello to all. I am not sure I will be off any great contribution here as I am just getting started with my learning. I hope to become a resource one day.

Hi and welcome.

You mentioned you're just learning. Have you ever had an out of body experience or astral projection before?

Manwesulime2004: Yes. When I was young in the teens. At that time I was heavily involved in martial arts. And took up a new school learning Ninjutsu and there was a part of the classes where we would be working with kuji-kuri and creating energy balls with our hands and passing them to other students. We also practiced blind folding and then trying to feel an attack before the attack began by trying to pick up on his intentions of what he was going to do to you. We also used to meditate allot after classes. It was told higher masters could create enough energy with these energy balls to actually knock someone over with a shove from a distance. But back to your main question, we were also told as a skill in ancient japan the ninjas would be able to arrive close to there destination of attack and mediate and be able to go through walls and doors and appear formless to there enemy and see what was going on in a closed room before the attack began. We did practice this and this is where I was able to achieve this during a class with group meditation and energy work.

Eventually the instructor for this school had some downfalls and it closed. I projected after this involuntary a couple times still in the teens. I remember seeing my mom and dad wrapping xmas present before in there bedroom and knew what I was getting.

Then they stopped. I tried before when i was in my early twenties and I feel I came close as I do remember what is now described as the vibrations and I remember that scared me and nothing happened.

Up until now it all sat in the back of my memories and just recently I started getting on the internet and doing research as I feel really drawn to this again maybe even slightly compelled to do so. I don't know why I just know it is something I feel I must devote great attention to. I feel being in the astral as almost a "Craving" so to speak and I don't know why.

Anyhow, sorry for the long winded post.

That sounds like some pretty exciting stuff. I hope you find what you are looking for.

I believe that feature of the forums has been removed for the time being.
For now, upload your avatar to an image site and link directly to it.  That'll get you going.  :)

Observation , the "show unread posts" link seems to not be accurate. Is there a know issue? What I see is I click on it and then read a post list and click again and a good portion of the listings that was there are no longer listed. Even though I did not read them?

Yeah, clicking on "show unread posts" automatically marks the listed posts as read. It's annoying but I sometimes work around it by keeping the tab open until I have read all the listed posts. It would be great if this could be fixed though.
