Hey everyone! I'm Metalwing, from Sri Lanka.

First off thanks to the admins and creators of this site for setting this forum up! I've been waiting to discuss Astral Projection with people who actually practice it since I know no one who does in my immediate vicinity.

I've always been able to remember my dreams and control them since I was a kid... mostly did a lot of flying and warping objects in and out of existence... I dabbled with the paranormal in my younger years and experimented somewhat with Astral travel. However, I didn't have a peer group to discuss my progress with so I abandoned it since I never could verify what I saw during my attempts to travel Astrally.

The method I astral travel is to wake up in the middle of a dream and explore the surroundings. I haven't up to date left my body willingly while awake, and this is something I want to learn rather than depending on waking up in dreams.
