Hey, I'm Inkheart. I'm not that new to Astral Projection/Phasing, but haven't gotten around to practicing often for a while but have been lately. I'm interested in learning everything I can about the astral and higher planes. I'm very open-minded to anything told to me, but never take anything for granted. My beliefs are always changing and growing but the foundation has never been changed by any evidence I've gathered, only strengthened. I'll be practicing phasing (as I'm going to call it) very often. Glad to finally meet a group of people focused on the big picture. We'll see what happens :)

Welcome to the forums, I only hope you learn as much as I did!

Me too! One think I'm kind of wondering is, how can you tell if you've projected into your subconscious (a lucid dream) or really projected into the astral? I'm asking because for one, many of the methods are the same as you'd use for a lucid dream, and from almost everything I've heard, they are quite similar in many ways. Going to go soon and try a method given by Frank Kepple, mainly just being in the moment and noticing things. I'm not sure exactly how that'll work, but what the hell it's worth a shot right?

Kandrax

Actually I don't know but I consider lucid dream a dream in which you are aware of dreaming and I consider astral projection state of being awake in dream/out of body experience.

Welcome to the Astral Pulse Inkheart and Kandrax!

And regarding lucid dreaming / AP connection: To me they are both amazing. Being able to become aware outside of physical consciousness is awesome in itself. The better you get at it, the easier it is to navigate and know what state of consciousness you're in.

Zino

Indeed, but in my opinion...Lucid dreaming you have less control over your actions and is more your imagination, APing is just...amazing the feeling is amazing...when you wake up you are amazed...

Thanks guys. Yeah I'm quite aware of what lucid dreaming is. I'm just starting to wonder if maybe lucid dreaming is just your consciousness projected to an astral plane. Possably all of the thought-forms you've been creating in the astral during your day? Anyways, atleast for now I won't be trying to astral project durring sleep so I shouldn't have any issues with that atleast for now. Well I really hope I can get to know lots more people on this forum, first time coming across a group of people interested in the same topics as me. Hopefully see some of you on API :)

I believe that most lucid dreams ( and regular dreams ) take place on the mental plane of the astral dimensions.

When you astral project your energy body is sent usually to the RTZ or Astral plane or a mixture of the two, where content of this physical dimension is directly reflected into the scenery. The scenery can still be bent by one's thoughts but it is more solid than the scenery of the astral world.

Hmm thats interesting.. what do you mean by the mental plane of the astral. I've always thought that the mental planes where vibrationny higher than the astral. I'd love to know your ideas on all of it. How it all works I mean. There's just so many different points of view on it that I would like to know as many of them as I can, so I can have more knowledge to base my own on for when I have my first conscious astral projection. Thanks for the feedback,
