Hello everyone, im dainch but you can call me "N". I've been reading the forums for a long time and applying some of these techinques and i have to admit they work. My first night i was just seconds away from seperating from my body but fear kept me there. The vibrations were there, the popping, increased heart rate, all the signs but i got scared and couldn't follow through. I've been trying to duplicate that night but i haven't been able to. I'll make a new post for that situation if anyone has suggestions for me. But yeah feel free to message me anytime i'll share theories and hopefully be able to answer some questions.

Hello, "N" and welcome to the forums!  There are some great files you can explore here on OBE and related issues.  Hang in there and keep working on it.  Persistence has a lot to do with succes.
