Lucid dreams can be fantastic experiences. Currently I am focusing on transitioning (or converting) lucid dreams into OBEs and APs. So far I have had some successes and believe that this method should be the easiest and most effective way to induce OBEs.
btw it is possible to get your own online dream journal here in the "Welcome to Dreaming" Forum.
