Hey everyone,
I'm a new member here looking to expand my consciousness and learn more about astral projection in general. I've read Robert Bruce's book on the topic and they've been extremely helpful for me and I like his take on the whole universe/astral projection. I have never astral projected but I can't wait until I'm able to. I'm not in a rush though...hahaha, I'm more focused on my energy body, dreaming and stuff like that. Anyways, I'm glad to have joined the forum as a member, I've been snooping around here for a while anyways. Let's chat, think and learn!

It's good that you are in "no rush". You will have a chance to "smell the roses" along the way.

It's refreshing to hear someone that is taking the approach you are. Learning NEW, your energy body and focusing on your Dreams is a great way to be successful with this practice.

You will have the opportunity to experiment and find what works for you and what doesn't without the added pressure that many put on themselves, trying to "race" to the finish line. If they don't see immediate results, then they think this is "Bogus". I feel that's because too many people think of AP as the "flavor of the day". Once something else peaks their interest they drop AP like a "bad habit" and move on to the next thing that caught their attention.

This forum is all about "expanding" your consciousness. This starts with learning how to target and maintain a NP (non physical) focus, which Robert's NEW technique is very good at doing.
