Hi all,

I've had an interest in AP/OOBE for some time and periodically get interested before giving up too easily and getting my head into other stuff. Well, this time I'm in it for the long run and have just booked onto a Monroe Institute UK course. That will taker place in Sept so I'm trying to get ahead of the game instead of waiting on that course to happen.

Thought I'd be best to get involved in the wider web community and immerse myself totally in the subject and get chatting with those who have good experience.

I'm 35 and from the UK, originally from Scotland but living in Wales.

I think I stumbled across Bruce Moen's "afterlife knowledge" website back in the late 90s.  Then moved on to Bob Monroe's books. Since then I've had episodes of interest but never the sticking power to keep up the time and effort required. However, there's been a recent change in me over the last few months and I've gotten some discipline and motivation in abundance
