I am interested in learning more about astral projection, lucid dreaming and OBE.  I am into binaural and isochronic beats, solfeggio frequencies and vibrations in general.

 Hello KarmicBeats and Welcome to the Astral Pulse. Thank you for these links, I am a huge proponent of Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones. I personally use them to Phase every day with great success. I have recently been making my own Laxman Light/Sound Machine programs using various Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones. Last night i had full sleep paralysis in less than 15 minutes using one of my programs. I know it is not necessary to have SP to be successful, that was just an observation. My program was 15 minutes long and I had a hard time moving my physical body immediately after it. This combination of the Laxman/Bin Beats put me in the deepest Astral focus that I have ever experienced.

Thanx for the links. I use the Monroe hemisync CDs and used binaural beats for a time. Both can be very effective if used correctly.

Thanks for the encouragement everybody.  Let me know what you prefer.  A lot of my stuff so far has been steady binaural and isochronic beats.  With steady beat and base frequencies all the way through.  I am starting to add other sounds such as rain.  I also may experiment with changing the beat frequency so it starts at a beta level and moves down in steps to the desired frequency.

There's a place for a basic background noise eliminating track. Rain or pink noise usually works well as long as theres no extra change to the volume level. The dropping frequency idea has been adopted by xanth and its the only one I use for noise reduction (large family). It works very well too.
An MP3 downloadable version would be a perfect way to go but thats only a suggestion.

I am doing more with rain and pink noise which can be used to make wind noise.  I will do some productions with dropping frequencies for those who prefer it.  I am trying to get some variety as different things work for different people.

I originally started with the idea for a website with downloadable mp3s.  However, no matter what promises are made by the free web host, I found no free web host that will allow the download of large multimedia files.  My favorite one was the host that promised to let you have downloadable files of any size, and unlimited storage capacity and bandwidth.  Then in the fine print they restrict every file type that would ever be of any large size including all multimedia file types.  So if you happen to have gigabytes of text files that was the place to go

Then I went to YouTube and decided to put fractal art in as graphics.  I think it worked out for the better as I like the fractal art.  I would like to make some downloadable mp3s available, but that may require a paid for web host.
