Title: Hello from North Carolina
Post by: Adam wayne on December 09, 2011, 09:49:19
My name is Adam, I have been reading about astral projection and meditating since about 2009. I have had two OBEs, both in one night, and then nothing. The two that I had where relatively early on and I have been in a dry spell ever since. I have been reading this forum for a long time but I do not believe that I have every posted anything. I want to thank everyone for providing this support network.

I plan to post a daily journal reporting my progress.

Here goes nothing.  :-D

Hallo wayne and welcome
A journal is Always a good idea, whether you are attempting to go out of body, are recording dreams or are practicing psychic skills. Here at Astral Pulse you can keep an online journal in the "Welcome to Dreaming" forum. That would probably be the best place to post any memorable dreams and lucid dreams that you'd like to share and any OBEs that occur. The best place to ask questions though are in the "Welcome to Out of Body Experiences" and "Welcome to Astral Projection" forums.

Regards  :-)

Welcome to the pulse Adam. Keeping a dated journal is the best way to successfully traverse the Astral and learn from the experience.
Safe Travels!  :-)
