I'm Adriano from Rome, Italy, 42yo.
I started following Robert Bruce from the very beginning (1993 or so) of alt.out.of.body newsgroup and I still remember when he sent me his Treatise on Astral Projection, "Astral Knights", the scary story about Sharky and the poor child (it scared me so much I stopped trying to obe at those times). Or even the first work on New Energy Ways.
Now, after 20 (!!!) years of very inconsistent attempts to learn the obe skills I'm giving myself fully to the Mastering Astral Projection 90 days course and I'll post some experiences and many questions trying to learn the most from others' experience.
Does Robert still write in this forum?

Be determined in your endeavours and whilst attempting things non physical, be passive.
I don't recall any posts here from Robert, he has his own forum and there's lots of work to keep you busy in the background.
