Hello Dreamers and Travelers

I am Mohnblume (german for poppy flower) and I am really happy this forum exists.
I have lucid dreams since I am a child and since few years I am interessed into OBEs and astral projection, since I read the book ...'Out of Body' by W. Buhlman.
I am from Germany and I have no one to share my experiences with, not even on forums. I often tell people what happens when I am dreaming and 'traveling', but mostly they look at me like owls, haha so I hope here I can find some inspiration, advices and help to become more confident with OBEs.
Actually I thought a dream journal here would be a good start.

English is not my mother tongue, so you might find expressions in my texts which do not exist in english, sorry for that.

Welcome to The Pulse, Mohnblume!  How well I know the 'owl' look.  The subject seems to get changed pretty quick too!  -and always to something much more dull... at least IMHO!

I enjoy learning foreign idioms.  I don't know many of them from German, but some of them from French and even a couple I've heard in Russian were so vivid that I start using them in English.

Like when you finally feel relieved of something being over, you breathe with a full chest.  That's a beautiful Russian idiom that we don't have in English.... yet.

And when someone's throat is congested we say they have a "frog in their throat," which doesn't make as much sense to me as the French version of a "cat in your throat."  So if anything your German sayings will just enrich our language.

This must be true for every language, in every way. We use to say the frog thingy, too. Actually I used it today. The russian idiom sounds really beautiful. I have alot of fun to use german sayings literally in english, because they start to sound funny, and everyone else "understands only railstation".

I saw few journals in the section 'dreams', so I assume this is how I can collect and share my experiences without starting a new topic all the time, isn't it?
