Hello, I'm Niffler....

I have been lurking on the forum for a while trying to pick up as much information as I could about astral subjects, so I decided to join up and hopefully make some friends.  I am somewhat of a loner by nature, so sharing experiences hasn't always been a priority for me. I have had a deep interest in "paranormal" subjects for as long as I can remember, and for a while I have collected books about ufos, bigfoot, aliens, cryptozoology, etc, and have read about astral projection. I am highly interested and motivated by what I have read and seen on this forum. I have tried unsuccessfully to get out of my body for a while.  I have a constant loud ringing in my ears, the result of my Marine Corps service in Desert Storm, that distracts me from focusing my thoughts while trying to project it seems. I love to read the forum members' stories of projecting, and I hope I can have some contributions for the forum someday soon. I wish everyone good luck in their endeavors. Niffler

 Hello Niffler and Welcome to the Pulse. You can use that loud ringing in your ears to an advantage here. Try to focus on that sound as deeply as possible, so deep that you lose all focus on your physical body. I have a feeling you can turn that negative into a positive.

Don't know if there is a forum here for All of your interests but there are forums here for Most of your interests. Regarding OBEs, I suggest that you read as many of the threads in the "Welcome to Astral FAQ Forum" as possible as there is a Lot of good info in there.

Thanks. I'm trying to get to the body asleep mind awake state but I just keep going to sleep.  I hardly ever remember my dreams at all.  I am working toward changing that though.  Thanks for the welcome everybody.   Niffler
