Hi old friends and new. I used to know some of you on Astral Viewers. What ever happened to that site anyway? And Bedeekin, is he still around? If you knew me, please say hi! Anyway, I've projected a couple times. Once a few years ago - got out of bed and walked through the wall to the outside then backed back in. Went down the hall out the front door and flew away. Then last week I sat up in bed to go down the hall - normal as anything - but I thought, "I wonder if I'm projecting?" So I walked to the door from my bedroom that goes outside. Held my hands out to see if I could walk through it and I did. Was flying about ten feet over a mountain road and things weren't very clear so I said, "I need to see clearer!" Then everything became clear and it was so beautiful. Went for a while longer then was back in my body. I started trying it all again because I've been having the vibrations a lot. After the first time I had no luck for a few years so I gave up and the vibrations had stopped. But since last week I feel very encouraged. I really want to. This time I'm not giving up. But hopefully I will project more and often! The method I'm using is just to imagine myself floating up and focusing on being at the door in my room since I had luck with that. Anyway, glad to be here and hopefully will make some new friends. :-)

I understand those frustrating blocks we go through all too well. I have come to realize that ultimately intent is what makes this thing work, we can't really force it to work through using a certain technique, however, the very fact that we are using a technique that we believe strongly will work is a strong display of intent in itself. I bet if we could convince ourselves that if we bounced a ball off a wall a hundred times before bed we would have an AP experience, then it would probably work too.
We may need these down times to stay grounded in the physical, after all, the physical world is a learning playground too.

AV site just kind of poofed out of existence. It came back for a very brief time (maybe a week) then it poofed away again. Bedeekin pops back in here every so often, but from what I understand he's very busy these days. :)

Good to see another former Astral Viewers member has found his way here. The Astralviewers (.com) site has been down now for about 2 years (or so). I don't know why it went down, there was a lot of speculation about its demise but no official explanation. Bedeekin has his own blog, i believe. You might find it by doing a web search.
