Hello everyone, I'm into oobe for about six years now but have succeeded only once, after five years of practice... yeah. I had few strange experiences afterwards but that one oobe was the real thing, or maybe hiperreal fits better, truly amazing. I wish I could learn how to astral project more often. I found a technique for myself that works pretty okay but can't get past vibrations stage.
I should probably mention that I'm still kinda sceptical about the whole thing. Why I want to learn astral projection? To find the answer whether life after death exist or not.

 Hello Erin and Welcome to the Astral Pulse!  There's nothing wrong with being skeptical. In the end we all just have to prove this to ourselves. That's the only thing that matters. Unless of course you are writing a book or doing lectures on the subject.
When I see a negative word like "can't" or "not" in a sentence. I immediately load it into my imaginary cannon, shoot it against a wall and watch it disintegrate until it is no longer there. Now I know I can!
