I was informed that I am possibly prone to Astral projections/travel whatever you wanna call it.  I often have very real "dreams" that are accompanied by a strange sound like an electronic metal of some kind, and quite often right before falling asleep I feel like I am falling thru my bed or at the same time about I hear a loud smack in my head.  I am not nuts! (for the most part) but did some research and it said these can be signs of astral stuff. A little about me, I am a new mommy to a little boy named Masen, and am 29 years old. I am from MN and hate cold weather! Yuck. I hope to get some advice or talk more about this experience, and hopefully learn to control it more.
