Glad to be here. Kundalini and (Xanth) phase method

  Hi everyone. I'm new here.  Somewhat inexperienced at AP, but diligent student here.
  Wanted to share a success. I read here about the  (Xanth) phase method and so thought I'd give it a try..  like a lot of you I read a ton of books and tried variations of each method. 
  First time using the (Xanth) phase method worked like a charm for me. Even successful with t.v. on..
   If any of you have knowledge of kundalini.. I would share this.. as I began the phase method I could feel the energy stirring at the base of my spine.. so I moved it up to the top of my head.. it was like flipping a switch. With both used in conjunction.
    I'm not as advanced as many.  SP happened my whole life and until recently didnt realize that it was indicative of the ability to AP. 
   I enjoy reading all of your experiences and insights.
  Here looking to deepen my experience beyond just something I do for fun. Any tips insights much appreciated.
