I just recently learn about the AP, and I tried to make several attempt of OBE and still not succeed. That's why I join this AP groups and learn more from all of your experienced AP travelers.

Sometimes it takes many attempts to get out of body. This can be frustrating and some people will give up. So try to be patient and yau will succeed.
