Hello there... I'm Skywalker from Denmark, 35 years old - married and 2 daughters (at 4 and .
I've been interested in the paranormal since I was a teenager - i've never experienced anything myself - but have been reading a lot of stuff about it - i've had a break from reading about it for about 7 years - but this march I read a book by Bruce Moen and really got caught up by the idea of going into the Astral.

The first day i decided to try to get into a mind awake/body asleep state i experienced exit-symptoms and got absolutely terrified by my heart galloping like a horse - so i quit. Since then i've been reading about OBE's like a mad - and trying to AP almost every night. Although I haven't been succesful I've been very close and had enough experiences to make me confident that theres definately something about at 

I've been doing Robert Bruces "Mastering Astral Projection in 90 days" lately and got to day 65 - i'm going back to it - but right now i'm trying out "phasing" - googling around i found the posts of Frank Kepple on this site - and I'm really impressed with him. 

I've been so eager to actually go out of my body for 6 months. I have been driven by couriousnes to see what happens when i die, and was convinced that the only way to see it for myself was to have an actual OBE. Now I'm realizing that all the things i've read and experienced is proof enough (at least I'm sure we have an energybody, we aren't dependent on our physical body to live.) - so i've started to take interest in the meditation side of things and doing an inner search. Phasing seems easier to achieve than an actual OBE - so thats where i'm am right now...
