Hello! I'm a 16 year old guy from Sweden who recently became interested in paranormal and psychic things. I'm a newcomer to AP:ing, I've been trying to AP for about two weeks now and so far i haven't succeded, but I've been close (I think). This seems like a great forum with nice (and helpful? :-) ) members. AP:ing seems like great fun and sure hope that my future experiences turn out to be just that.

I've got a question; When I try to project my heart starts to beat considerably faster about the same time I feel the vibrations and this causes me to lose focus. Is this supposed to happen or is it because I'm to excited (or something else)? Like i stated above, I'm a newbie, so I'm not to informed about the subject yet  :-D .

It's a common experience, it will pass with time and practice.

Welcome Aero

Aero

That's good to know.

That's a common occurrence and isn't related to your physical heart.
You should try your best to fully ignore them.

The point here is that the more you experience these things, the more you'll become accustomed to them and the less they'll drive your attention to your body.  :)

Thanks :)

I'll try to ignore it the next time.
