Hey I came across this form a couple weeks ago and I found the information true and valid for the most part so yesterday I finally decided to join. I have been obsessed with astral projection.

Astral projection sounded like an amazing ability to me when I first heard about it and me having had a couple of friends who have died over the past 5 years I want to go to astral realm find truth and try to master astral projection I'm 17 years old and have a lot of time.

I just wanted to well say hey because I'm still new to these forums. :-D

Hey Wowabox. It is pretty amazing and worth whatever time you can dedicate towards practicing it. Couple of things though... truth is like layers of an onion, peel one back there's another layer. It won't make you happy either, so it's a good idea to focus on your physical health, education, and socializing. So what I'm trying to say is being obsessed is good but don't neglect life's basics by being too focused on one thing.

If you seriously decide to dedicate yourself to this then without a doubt you'll make it so long as you can say to yourself "No matter how long it takes I won't give up". And once you meet your goals it gets even harder to stay dedicated. Have you read any books on the subject?

Also are you trying to go to other energy systems (bad example but like say Heaven) or are you trying to have something more like a Near-Death-Experience where you're in the real world but out-of-body?

Welcome to the forums though!

Hi and welcome to the Pulse.
You'll fit in well here.
Get your iron will and this awesome site will endeavour to get your mind ready for the places you want to visit.
It can be a long road but from your spontaneity in your few responses its a short road for you.

Don't overcook the cake, also, its ruined if the oven door is opened too soon. You may already know this.
If not research the meaning, its one best learned in cooking school.
The message is hidden within, enigmatically.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

I've read an e book at the beginning called the sun eye method, it focused on using your 3rd eye to stay awake while your body falls asleep. I've read snippets of Robert Monroe's book  and i also read a book from a company i can't remember the title all i remember it was ridiculously long like 200 pages and mostly things i already read on the internet. I have tried to just move on from astral projection after getting mono and being to tired to project at all because of how tired it makes you but no matter what i tried i couldn't let it go.
